I have a new HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp103nb.
When I first started the notebook no Wifi driver appeared. I re-installed the WLAN driver trough the HP help and support > recovery manager, it worked.
The next day the wifi did not work again and not driver was to be found anywhere on the computer (in settings > network adaptors only bleautooth showed). Re-installing WLAN driver did not work.
I re-installed Windows 10 twice already to find the wifi working for less than 24h each time.
Yesterday I have also ran the HP support assistant and installed a BIOS update. Same problem this morning: no wifi driver in the settings to be found.
The solutions suggested in this forum are of no help as the WLAN does not show on settings > network adaptors.
It can hardly be the idea to keep on re-installing Windows 10 every day!
Please adivise as my new notebook is now de-facto useless to me.
Thanks

We have an HP 350 G1 Probook that is not allowing any wireless connections.
Within HP Mobility centre it shows Wi-Fi as off (option to turn on is greyed out) and even when toggling the button on the laptop it does not change this.
The driver currently installed is "Ralink RT3290 802.11bgn Wi-Fi Adapter" and the driver is not disabled ( we have disabled and re-enabled to no effect).
We have plugged in via a network cable and this works completely fine.
Other devies on site are connecting to the wireless fine.

I have connected a Microsoft Bluetooth Mobile Mouse 3600 to my new Envy laptop. After a period of inactivity (about 5 minutes) the mouse does not respond, and I have to move it around for about 4 seconds before the cursor starts moving on the screen. It's like the mouse goes to sleep and needs to wake up.
The computer is up to date on all drivers and components according to both Windows and the HP Support Assistant. I have looked in the Windows Power Management settings and find nothing about allowing Bluetooth to go to sleep. I have looked in the BIOS settings and found nothing about allowing devices to sleep either. I did find a setting in the mouse driver, "allow this device to wake the computer." This setting isn't directly relevant, but its checkbox was already checked. (And I noticed that I can't wake the laptop with the mouse, but that's a topic for another thread.)
help get this solved or direct me on what to do please is really frustratinng that i cant locate my bluetooth device after several searching. Thank you

I am trying to set up Wake-On-LAN (WoL) on my "old" 2010/11 (I forget which) HP Pavilion G7 laptop. I see the appropriate options in Windows 8.1 Pro (recently installed), but I do not see "Wake-On-LAN" in the BIOS. I see something about Boot LAN, but I think that has more to do with the boot order than actaully waking the machine initially.
Reading these forums would seem to suggest that WoL may not work with the factory OEM BIOS setup. So, can the BIOS be replaced or modified in such a way as to enable Wake-On-LAN? Or, is this a strict hardware limitation in that the computer physically can't do it at all, even with a replaced/modded BIOS?
Thanks!
Hi All
I wonder if anyone knows a way how to resolve this:
We are using T510 HP Thin Clients to connect to Server 2008RS2 - We have a user that requires some sort of script shortcut on their desktop to be able to reboot another Thin Client but Users dont have access to HP Management Console and also this Thin Client is not accessible physically since it is attached to a TV with no keyboard or mouse -
Of Course as admins we can reboot it from our end but I was wondering if there is a way to create some sort of script so the user can double click it and it reboots the Thin Client -
Another Issue that we have is that Thin Client can login to any of the servers (about 8 servers) therefore we dont have a specific server that Thin Client can connect to ,
Any Advise is much appreciatted!
Thank You

Hi,
I have a Hp pavilion x360 15-bk004nh laptop with touchscreen, and my question is, are there any compatible active styluses beacuse in the pen support list there are no information about this. I bought the 1CP24AV / Y0C43AV pen but ithe laptop doesn't even recognise it, i mean it's not showing on the bluetooth device list. (beacuse it's not supported?)
Hi everyone.
I have a HP Omen 15 15ce005la with the following specs:
- i7 770HQ
- 8Gb RAM
- 1Tb HDD
- Gtx 1050
My problem is that I use Linux for the working, and the Wi-fi isnt working on Linux even though I tried to install the Realtek drivers I cant get it work.
So I was thinking, it is possible to change the Wi-fi card for another one?
Installed the windows 10 on my probook 4530s and downloaded drivers for windows 8.1 for there wasn't an option for windows 10.
Some drivers like
Realtek Ethernet controller drivers
Sierra wireless driver package for hpun2430 mobile broadband module
coundn't install
Laptop pairs with my bluetooth headphones but does't connect to it !
Dear All,
I need a huge amount of help with my laptop. Listed here are the problems I have.
MODEL: HP 14-r024TX
1. The wireless adapter (I forgot the driver name but it's RALINK...) appears and disappears from the Device Manager so I don't get to use my wifi all the time. I think I might have uninstalled it (I'm not sure) because I can't see the driver from the installed program in Control Panel. I bought a Wifi receiver which worked pretty well for a week or 2 then it just suddenly stopped working.
2. Because of my Wifi problem, I bought a UTP / LAN Cable. So far, it was working well but this past week, I have been getting bad internet connections. I use Skype a lot and I always get disconnected for seconds with 2 minute interval. I did the Ping Test while I use the computer and yes I get a lot of "Request Time Out" and "General Failure". My internet is working well because other gadgets, like my phone, are connected and I don't have any problem with it. I don't know if it's the UTP/LAN cable, Network Adapters or my laptop.
3. I tried to install a new Network Driver from the HP website. But everytime I click Download, I'm directed to this link "http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63832.exe" and it says "This site can't be reached". Basically, I don't get to download anything from the HP website. I wonder if it's my laptop again or the site is probably encountering a system maintenance.
4. Lastly, whenever I press FN + ESC, nothing happens. I think my HP support assistance isn't working. So again, I wanted to download from the HP site. I clicked on this linke for the download "http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=4063&lc=el&cc=gr&dlc=el&sw_lang=&product=5062463#N1017" but the message displayed"Service Unavailable".
I apologize for my long message but these are really the problems I have with my laptop/network connections. I would really appreciate any help from you guys especially from the HP community. I badly need to have my laptop fixed. T.T
Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, I have HP laptop Model 13-s100nx and I cannot connect it to LG projector wirelessly.
