Wireless Card Upgrade issues

I recently upgraded my WLAN card...

From: the Ralink RT5390R 802.11b/g/n 1×1 WiFi Adapter (single band, no BT)

To: the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 WLAN module (dual band with BT).

Both are listed as acceptable parts as per the manual.

I swapped the card, and upgraded the drivers.

The device manager recognizes the card.

The BT works.

The WiFi will not turn on or find existing WiFi networks.

A BIOS system test says the is no wireless module installed.

Any ideas on how to fix?

HP Pavilion 15 p100dx Realtek RTL8188C 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter NOT functioning (Code 45 & 10)

Since forever, this laptop has had problems with it's Wi-Fi adapter.  Recently the Realtek RTL8188C 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter has not been working whatsoever even though it is updated with the latest version.

I have tried every possible thing and nothing works. The internet would be connected for x amount of time then suddenly the whole driver would just break down and I get a Code 45

Normally it would look like this when it's working:

 Wi-Fi adapter.png

After any amount of time it seems that the adapter would just explode internally and the Wi-Fi adapter, including all those WAN Miniport (don't know what those are), would become hidden. After checking where they I went I see that I get a Code 45 when checking the adatper's status:

wifi 1.png

wifi 2.png

It has been impossible for me to find a solution:

I've deleted the software completely and reinstalled the latest version, I've tried older versions, i've even gone as far as to factory reset the entire laptop hoping it would do something to fix this issue, but nothing. I am out of ideas on how to fix this longing issue. I've looked for other threads but they all seem outdated or dead or don't have any solutions that I haven't tried that actually work.

On days when I get no connection and troubleshoot I get a resolved "Bad Gateway" issue or a "Problem with the access point". This is constant and it's hard for me to know what the actual problem is as all these happen at random. I also get a Code 10 on times when the adapter "does not exist". I am forced to hard reset the laptop until it "works"

Any help would be greatly appreciated because this is beyond frustrating and am on the verge of exploding because of this issue.

Thanks~

my laptop wifi not work.when i on wifi till they off.

WiFi adapter crashes when the laptop is moved physically and freezes requiring a manual restart.

I own a HP Pavilion 15-P077TX Laptop. So since last 2 weeks I have been experiencing this weird problem on my laptop.

The other day I was working on my computer and just to get a little more comfortable I held my laptop in my hands (slightly tilted) and repositioned myself only to see that my Wi-Fi connection is lost because of that little move. I could not connect to my Wi-Fi again. On some searching I found that my drivers have crashed.  On reinstalling the drivers, I was able to connect to my Wi-Fi. Initially I thought it was a onetime thing and had no idea about it happing because of the physical movement. Many others have posted similar queries and I have tried all the solutions provided to/by them on the forum.

I'm pretty sure the problem is somewhere in the hardware rather than in the software. Solutions to this problems are often perceived to be software related but if the problem reoccurs on some physical movement than maybe hardware is the problem.

After about spending about 2 hours on google trying to fix this problem, I decided to seek solution to this directly from HP support.

I will list out the solutions that I have tried so that the same are not repeated

1) Initially it seemed that drivers are the problems so I tried to update my driver and while failing to do so, I uninstalled them and downloaded them again from the HP's website for my laptop. I was able to install them and the Wi-Fi was back on but only till there was a little jerk and it’s gone again. The laptop freezes and it needs a manual restart every single time. (Did it for more than 20 times to date)

2) Another common Suggestion was to run the component test to diagnose the problem. I did and the result was "PASSED".

3) One of the HP's staff suggested this on the forum. Asked the customer to unplug the Wi-Fi modem and router.

Give it some 45 seconds and then restart it by plugging it back in. I tried that too and got the same result. I could connect to the Wi-Fi but when I move or tilt my PC slightly, the connection is lost and the screen freezes.

4) I tried to troubleshoot as well even that doesn't seem to help. It is not able to diagnose my issue.

Also, many have suggested to reset the computer. Again I feel that it’s somewhat related to hardware and not the software. Since the resetting a exhausting process, I'm ready to take it as a last resort.

I have almost tried everything in here https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Wireless-and-Networking/Common-fixes-for-wireless-connectivity-issues/m-p/4831601/highlight/true#M86871.

Need assiatance to the earliest.

Thanks.

Ethernet cable to HDMI port

$

My question is if it is possible to connect a standard ethernet cable with an appropiate eternet to HMI plug (R) into the existing HDMI port.

If you attempt to do this the notebook yields error 651.

Theoretically this type connection is possible?

Question: can this type issue in an HP streambook 11 be resolved or does there exist a fundamental conflict that can not be resolved through reconfiguration of windows 10 software.

How to procede if all is possible is a subsequent question.

Thank you for your expert advise,

Sincerely yours,
