I couldn't connect the internet and when I push the airplane mode key, notebook encircling to booting loop until starting safe mode and bios upload. When bios upload is finished notebook could be start normally but internet connection doesn't work still and when i push the airplane mode we back the first step. I used old and new drivers version of wifi adapter but couldn't fixed. All i used drivers and bios software taken from hp.com with using my notebook model number.

Air Printing unstable with BT Fibre Optic Router
Since getting the new British Telecom router (it would seem) I have suddenly been unable to consistently Air Print from my iPhone and iPad
I have to reset wireless networks and then it prints for a short time only before it fails again. The odd thing is it says it is connected and the blue light is on. Also my devices find it and I can press the print icon but it gets stuck trying to connect. Apple support say it is not their software so...? Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.

Incorrect Driver Update Prompt?
Hi,
The HP Support Assistant is prompting me to install:
Intel Bluetooth Driver
sp79047 Version: 19.30.1658.920
but the machine already has on it:
Intel Wireless Bluetooth Version: 19.60.0
It seems I am being prompted to install an older version of the driver.
Is this incorrect? If not, why not?

HP Laptop Bluetooth Issue
Hi
I don't seem to be able to connect bluetooth devices to my HP laptop.
When I go to Bluetooth -> Add New Device it picks up the device, but when I go to connect it says We didn't get a response from the Device. Try connecting again.
I first had this issue when trying to connect a UE Boom speaker, and then tried with my phone and I got the same thing.
The laptop didn't come up as an option on my phone, so it seems like devices can't pick up the laptop, rather than the laptop not picking up the devices. I have ticked the option to let bluetooth devices find the PC.
Is there a way to fix this?

Wifi keeps dropping
This laptop is just 3 months old and it was born on 7/11/2017 according to the BIOs and I bought it on the last week of July. My wifi connection keeps dropping and I get connections errors in Chrome like "err_name_not_resolved" "dns_probe_finished_no_internet" "dns_probe_finished_no_internet" etc. This is not due to ISP because I have 2 other laptops and they don't get these wifi drops and connection errors. Also, I bought a USB wifi adapted to test this out and I don't get the wifi connection drops. So what might be the problem on this? I see the latest driver should have fixed it because it's what it said to do in the downloads page or the driver didn't work?
Driver description: Fixes an issue where a system connected to a wireless network automatically disconnects from the network.
Please note -
Already did these to no avail:
- reset the router
- reset winsock, gateway, flush dns
- uninstalled, reinstalled latest network adapter driver
- UEFI test - wifi module PASSED
- clean PC for malware
- turned off firewall abd Bitdefender antivirus
- performed Recovery Manager and installed new Windows
- turned off wifi sense
- turned off the wifi adapter "sleep to save power" option

does not connect to the internet while all my other devices do
My laptop (HP Notebook - 14-am056tx) does not connect to the internet while all my other devices do. The internet connection icon has a triangle with exclamamtion point on it. I restarted both the computer and the modem, but still the same. I was thinking there is problem with the service provider, but all my other devices are connected. Please help. Thank you!

Blue tooth toggle (on/off) and tray icon GONE
I have attempted to pair my newish (Purchased in April 2017) laptop with blue tooth devices.
Not only can I not connect to any blue tooth devices I do not have an Blue Tooth icon nore do I have a toggle to turn the bluetooth on or off.
Device manager doesn't show any Unknown devices nore does it show a Bluetooth device.
I have attempted to uninstall and reinstall bluetooth drivers as provided here at HP.com for my Product (1BP97UA#ABA).
Where is the bluetooth and how do I get it back!?

Location of wireless button
The Wi-Fi on my wife's HP laptop suddenly stopped, like it got turned off. I cannot find a button or switch anywhere that has a wireless icon to physically turn on or off. When I click on the place where I can find Network and Internet settings, there is only an option for airplane mode. Is there a phisical switch and where is it, or did the wi-fi card just die?

Network Driver Not Found
Hello.
I have an HP Pavillion Dv6 Notebook PC. I had recently re-installed Windows 7 to fix some problems. I was able to install the drivers except the Wirless and Bluetooth ones. I am able to connect to internet only through a LAN Cable connected directly through the modem. WiFi and Bluetooth are not working. When I open Device Manager, it shows a yellow triangle in front of Network Controller. When I try to install the Network controller Driver, it says Driver Not Found.
Could someone please help me with this?
