Problem connecting to internet
I'm having an internet connection problem with my compaq cq62.
I've been trying to connect to my house regular wifi connection but it says: No internet, secured. I tried using the troubleshoot tool but it can't fix the problem it just says "Wireless Network Connection" doesn't have a valid IP configuration. tried using the ethernet cable to connect and it doesn't recognize the connection.
What else can i do? the internet is actually working because i can connect with this PC.

I just got a new laptop, it came with Windows 10. I installed windows 7 64-bit but I can't find the proper drivers for network, video, usb etc.
I did find one driver that work related to ethernet, but the connection is very bad, I manage to install the wlan driver by going to device manager and clicking in "Update Driver Software" but it's the same. The wifi works a few minutes then goes in "Unidentified network" message.
Where can I find the proper drivers for windows 7?

new hp envy x360 convertible 13-y0XX internet problems
Hi. I'm constantly kicked off of my wifi every 5-10 minutes on my brand new hp envy x360 convertible 13-y0XX. I reset router/rebout computer and sometimes it connects again right away (sometimes is does not). Then in 5-10, I get booted off again. This happens over and over while my other laptop and mobile devices remain connected.
I've noticed others in this forum have had similar issues. Please help.

Wireless adapter
I recently purchased this laptop refurbished. The wireless has been working fine until today. I have run through the diagnostics and they cannot find a solution but suggest trying running the recovery options. I do not have any recovery disks so I cannot do that. Do you have any other suggestions or could I possibly buy recovery disks from HP?

Bluetooth Not Working after Windows Update
My blurtooth was working properly on Windows 10 but after a recent windows update bluetooth stopped working and I tried to find drivers from Hp Website but Drivers for Win 10 are not available for my machine, tried a lot of time with Windows Contact Support but this issue didnt resolved even with this and they reffered me back to my manufacturerer for my required support for bluetooth drivers which work on windows 10. Wireless Assistant, wifi light stays bleu
Wireless Assistant wifi light stays blue
The wifi button light (F12) stays blue, even when I push the button to disconnect the wlan.
When I push the button to connect or disconnected wifi . the button light stays bleu. (instead of red when it is off and bleu when it is on).
Wifi works.
Ps ; the pop-up ; off-line mode /on line mode works as well.
I reinstalled the driver (sp72517) from the hp.support. > no change.

Bluetooth adapter missing from Device Manager
Lost my bluetooth adapter when I powered up my laptop this AM. No icon in the tray, nothing in the device manager. System info says it's there, and I updated the Intel software package for it, but still nothing.

Wifi device uses incorrect ip address
I recently noticed that my wifi was not connecting to my wifi hub!
Other devices connect fine....when I dug a bit deeper....ipconfig gave me an address of 169.x.x.x when my hub uses 192.x.x.x. My HP has been connecting to this hub for years and not it does this.
The only way I can fix it is to change to a fixed IP address and then disconnect, reconnect and then change back to not using a fixed IP address and all is happy with the world.
When I switch off the laptop and switch back on again it all starts again.
I have updated the driver and flushed the DNS. Any other thoughts?

HP 15 Notebook - my internet connection keeps disconnecting
Ihavebeenhavingtroublewithkeepingmywirelessinternetconnected. It's just show the message (ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED). I've tried every possible solution, software trics with dos and dns, ip, wifi usb adapter, updated drivers, system format, safe mode..but nothing helped, knowing that my other devices ipad and phone are connected and work perfectly on the same wifi connection.
I'm very frustrtated because of this, it's business critical and I can't work with dropping internet connection.

Im facing problem with my wifi it was working good,them it was not show the availabe network.
it is equipped with Ralink RT5390BC8 wireless device.
I tried to uninstall the driver and install it again but it lso did work.
I noted that the place of the adapter is very hot than usual.
I want to know is it a hard were problem? If so how can i replace the adapter and how much dose it cost?
Moreover, on window7 i dont have this issue and everything works fine.
