wifi not working
Hi I am using HP pavilion 15 p203tx notebook with windows 10. After installing driver and bios updates from hp my wifi connector icon is gone and driver is not working. My hardware id s are

POP UP Warning on Brand New Pavilion Laptop
I just bought a Pavilion Laptop yesterday. Today I have pop-up saying "You have a Zeus Virus. Call this number in 5 minutes or your hard drive will be completely erased". Should I return the laptop to where it was purchased? I don't want to deal with problems on my brand new laptop!

Cannot install intel proset sp55138
I hope somebody has encountered this or can figure this out, I've spent two days uninstalling/reinstalling everything.
I have been trying to install the sp55138 software/driver for bluetooth and it seems to get through most of it until it finally fails near the end with the message "there is a problem with this windows installer package......"

AC3160 adapter not connecting with smartphone mobile wireless hotspot
Cannot connect this computer to Galaxy S2 mobile wireless hotspot. Network is "seen" as secure but cannot "connect to network" (error message). Same problem on 1 other identical computer - both with AC3160 adapter. No problem connecting to this mobile wireless hotspot with Surface Pro 3, Asus N61-JQ, and Lenovo Laptop - all with Win 10 - and all NOT with AC3160. I have installed latest adapter driver updates for AC3160 and spent hours scouring web for answers - nothing! Any suggestions?

Bluetooth not working, can't update driver

Accessing Network
I have a problem with my hp 2000-Notebook PC entering the internet. This PC is remote connect to Wifi in a room adjacent to the main computer providing the Wifi. The PC keyboard shows it is connect to the Wifi by a blue light f12 button but I cannot enter the internet. I try entering ‘factory setting” recovery but I still cannot enter the internet. I tried all the troubleshooting devices but it does not access the internet (this includes the Wireless Internet Connection). Note: When I connect the Ethernet cable from the main computer to the remote I can access the internet with no problems.

- Adapters installed are as follows (Device Manager shows devices working properly but Network and Sharing Center dialog box says “currently not connected to any networks.”

wifi not conneting
Hi All,
I have the HP HP 15 ac170tu model laptop.
SUddenly wifi stopped connecting, i have driver and all installed.
earlier wifi was working fine. Not sure even bluetooth enabling not happening.
Driver is enabled and shows fine but wifi not connecting, i dont find any switch to enable the radio signal.
please help
other laptop and mobile connects well

Installing network adapter driver for Windows Server 2008 R2

We just received our HP Probook 650 G1.
We installed windows server 2008 R2 on it.
We need to connect it to the network & internet (in order to activate the OS).
But I coudn't manage to find any driver for the network adapter nor for the wifi adapter.

Internet connection.
I have a very strong broadband connection. I have 2 platform that are accessing the modem but my laptop is not connecting to the internet. It see's the ISP but the laptop wont log in. When I select the ISP it tries to connect but comes up with an error.

Wi Fi signals not detecting
I tried many online solutions like updating wi fi drivers , disabling wifi driver then scanning for hardware changes ,
wi fi adapter ->properties->ipv4->set everything automatic , but still my wi fi adapter is not detecting the wi fi signals , the wi fi button is also on. but it is indicating 'NOT AVAILABLE' . and i think this problem is coming after i replaced my laptop's panel and hinges from hp service centre. Is it a hardware problem??

HP laptop wont communicate with HP printer but has before...
I have a Pavilion dv6 hooked up to a Pro 8600. Never had an issue till a few days ago. I have unplugged and restarted everything and no change. My iphone will print off the printer but my commputer says it cannot communicate with it.
I also looked for my ip address (tried to find help from other links here) and it said media disconnnected, what ever that means.
I really need this printer to work and am highly frustrated at this point. Been trying to figure it out for 2 days.

Need wireless driver for 15-ac184tu Windows 8
Hi, i need Wireless driver for 15-ac184tu for Windows 8 64bit.
I tried searching but only Windows 7 and Windows 10 drivers are available. Also, please let me know if there is a button to turn wireless on/off in this laptop as i could find none. Although this is not an issue, only if i get the correct driver to install the wireless network to my laptop.

Changing NIC on HP Envy 4-1202ED
I would like to take out the Intel Centrino N2203 and change it for a 7260N or 7260AC wireless card. The 2203 is performing realy bad and I read a lot of good things about the 7260...
Only question is will the 7260 work right out of the bat in the laptop? I read something about whitelists...

Wireless drivers for Windows 7

The hard drive on my Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab045na was damaged beoynd repair so I have fitted a new drive and installed Windows 7 ultimate. Where can i get the drivers to set-up my wi-fi. I am unable to find them on the HP site.

intel centrino wireless-N 2230 adapter upgrade
Looking for UPGRADE SUGGESTIONS for the wireness adapter in the HP Envy dv7 Notebook PC. The current adapter is Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230.
We now have a 5 GHz router but this wifi adapter is only compatible with the 2.4 GHz frequency. Suggestions for WIFI ADAPTER REPLACEMENT that will work either with only the 5GHz frequency or with both (2.4 and 5GHz)?

Bluetooth unable to connect to external devices
After several years of running windows updates on my HP Pavilion computer and going from Windows 7 original to Windows 10 upgrade, the computer became unacceptably slow. Staples center recommended the only fix was to go back to original Windows 7 configuration. They restored the original system configuration to Windows 7. The current problem is that I can no longer connect Bluetooth devices (IPhone and external speaker). I read the tech report that this problem could be resolved with a MS hotfix (407159_intl_x64. The Staples center technician helped to download and install the prescribed HOTFIX but when he attempted to RUN the file, a message of incompatible came up. So I need to know what to do next.
Contacted Microsft today and they said they could do nothing if the Hotfix didn;t work and suggested i contact HP.
I believe I have all of the latest drivers and there are not alerts in the device manager, and the comuter recognizes my IPHONe but will not connect.
