My computer is a Pavilion DV6 Model 1350us, Serial Number [Personal Information Removed]. The original OS was Windows Home Premium, but I recently upgraded to Windows 7 Enterprise. Obviously this can change some of the driver requirements.
Presently I can hard-wire connect to the Internet via Ethernet cable but not via my router’s WiFi.
Examining Network adapters in Device Manager shows several Bluetooth adapters and one Realtek RTL8102E/RTL8103F Ethernet adapter, all of which seem to be operating properly with correct drivers.
Below them is listed “Other Devices” including one ‘Network Controller’ and two ‘Unknown Devices’. My guess is that one of these three devices may be responsible for my WiFi not working. I have not installed any new hardware since installing the new OS.
I went on HP’s driver download page where I found six different drivers under “Network” and downloaded them all in hopes they might include the appropriate drivers for the three currently unknown devices. No joy.
My question is – how can I learn the device characteristics of this Network Controller and the two ‘Unknown Devices’ so that I can load the proper driver for them?

My HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC can't connect to WiFi
Ok so when Windows 10 first came out I updated to it and I was very happy st first until I started having a problem. The problem was the WiFi. I would be connected to the WiFi and when I shut down or put the laptop to sleep when I next open it up to go on it there was the Ethernet cable sign and a red X. So each time This happened I would do a system restore and sometimes it would work and sometimes it wouldn't. I did that for a while up until the end of November time then it stopped working. The system restores weren't helping. I found out other ways that sometimes worked and sometimes didn't I would switch the laptop off and take the battery out the back, wait a bit put it back in plug it in and switch it on sometimes that worked. But now no nothing worked anymore. So a few days ago I took it too a shop and explained the situation. They said I should back everything up and reset it to factory settings so I did. When I had re set it up I was put back to 8.1 which I prefer and I was connect to the Internet I was so happy for about 5 minutes when the wifi has an ! By it in yellow. Then it froze and went back to the red Ethernet X of death... I took it back to the shop and they said they would take a look at it. They tried resetting it and the same thing happened... It's like the wifi driver just deletes itself each time you switch the PC into any other mode like shutting it down or to sleep. I am really sick of it and I just want to fix my laptop!

wireless printer
Been using my laptop for months. Never a problem with the wireless printer from HP. Two weeks ago, suddenly can't connect my printer to this laptop. The printer works for every other device on the network, just not this laptop yet it has been fine for months.. tried everything I know. Reloaded driver, turned off everything and turned it back on.. redid the wireless set up on the printer.. like I said, printing just fine on every other computer in house. Every once in a while it will see the laptop, then it is stuck on connecting for the longest time.. then it won't even find the printer anymore.. HELP please

Network Drivers Crash During Install
After installing a new SSHD and Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit I found three missing drivers. Ethernet Controller, Network Controller, and PCI Device were not installed when re-installing Windows 7. When I tried to install the driver for the Ethernet Controller or the Network Controller it crashes and says "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of this file, verify its integrity, and try again." I have downloaded the drivers from HP's website multiple somes and I have try all of the ones avalible all with the same problem.
Any help solving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Beats Wireless connectivity trouble
Hi there.
I have been very unsuccessful at pairing both my beats wireless studio headphones and my wireless solo 2's to my notebook. It seems to recognize the devices,even going as par as adding the drivers, but my notebook and the headphones are still unable to connect. The option is in fact not enable through the bluetooth feature. Is it an OS issue? A hardware issue perhaps? These bluetooth connections troubles don't exist anywhere else so I'm complexed. Any assistance or guidance would be helpful as I feel i've tried all avenues.

No Wifi after Windows 10
Ever since i upgraded to Windows10 (from Windows 7) a few months back i haven't been able to turn on Wifi.
The F12 key now toggles the airplane mode on/off and remains orange.
If i try to turn on via settings it instantly flips back to off.
I've tried updating and reinstalling drivers to no avail.

I need to find a Bluetooth driver for my HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15 b142dx
Ever since the Windows 8.1 update my bluetooth capabilities have disappeared, I can no longer find them, and under the Device Manager list with Network Adapters, there are no bluetooth drivers? Can anyone find one, after searching for hours I still haven't been able to find one for my laptop.

How to get wifi working on HP Elitebook 745 G2 in Ubuntu
Hi All,
Does anybody know how it would be possible to get the wifi working on HP Elitebook 745 G2 in Ubuntu? I tried it with the bcmwl-kernel-source package and after installing it, the wifi looks to be working, but does not detect any wireless network. Any ideas?

Hp wifi mobile mouse a lot of disconnects

Recently i bought 2 mobile mouses (HP Wi-Fi mobile mouse - LQ083AA) which should work perfectly on Windows 7. Microsoft certificated product.
On my laptop Lenovo X220 (wireless network card Intel Centrino Ultimate N 6300AGN) mouses suffer with a lot of disconnects. Even with new batteries situation is not better. After pairing connection is not stable, mouse pointer not moving when i moving my device, when i try use buttons sometime it works sometime not.
On different laptop with Windows 8 (this product is not cerificated on Windows 8) everything works flawless. Anybody could help?

32 bit Wireless Network driver for hp 15-g004au laptop
Recently i installed windows ultimate 32 bit OS on my laptop. I didnt have the drivers for the laptop with me hence I went online to the hp support website. I entered my product details but all i got were drivers for windows 7 64 bit system. I tried installing Atheros WLAN 64 bit driver for my system but the WLAN will just not detect our WIFI hotspot.
Hence I request you people to please provide me the link for windows 7 ultimate 32 bit WLAN driver for my laptop.

Wifi issues on pavilion 15-ab119no
I'm experiencing stuttering, drop outs and intermittently also issues finding the network. It can work for several minutes, but eventually it starts acting up in any of the above fashions.
I've tried updating to the latest available drivers using the automatic search from HP driver site, and I've tried forcing my router to use 2.4 GHz only or 5 GHz only. I've tried some offset to the 2.4 and 5 GHz standard bandwidth as well.
I've also tried the ipconfig flushdns command from an elevated command prompt, along with sc.exe config lanmanworkstation depend= bowser/mrxsmb 10/nsi and sc.exe config mrxsmb20 start= disabled.
Right now I have restored the laptop to factory via recovery, hence all of the above has been reset, except for the driver which I have yet again updated to the latest version.
The laptop was purchased a few days ago.
Please advise.
Update: I finally went back to basics and tried updating the driver from device manager and for a while it seemed OK, but it dropped out after abot an hour.

Wireless Keyboard and mouse compatibility
A few months ago, I purchased a HP x3300 wireless mouse for my Lenovo PC. Today I purchased a HP K2500 wireless keyboard and was hoping to use the same nano dongle. I can't get it to work and therefore I'm currently using 2 nono donlges. one for each device. Is it possible to run both pieces of kit through the same dongle and if so, how do I do it?

Was there any resolution to this? I have the exact same problem with the wifi turning off.
also anyone have problems with the audio settings? The movies come out so softly compared to music and i cant figure out why.

There are no bluetooth settings available under by device settings. Also, when I enter into the device manager there are no options under networking pertaining to bluetooth adapters or receivers. Finally, I have no bluetooth icon available in my icons tab.

Limited wifi connectivity
hi I bought my daughter a new laptop HP 255 G3 from Tesco Direct and ever since we opened it on Christmas Day it has had limited connectivity. she has tried a couple of things from forums but with no success. We have tried accessing HP's live chat support but it is not recognising the serial number from the back of the laptop. We nee the laptop to have wifi access so she can do her school work if not it has been a complete waste of money. The wifi at home is fine with all other devices having a strong connection. Can you help or should the laptop be returned to Tesco as faulty? Thank you PS it has windows 8.1

internet dropping off via wireless
i upgraded a lpatop from window 8.1 to 10 as did not have an ISO image of windows 10.
i am finding that i can connect to a wireless and get onto the internet, but then it will drop off.
i have had a look at the wireless setting and nothing is jumping out at me.
the wireless router is about 3-5 years old.
i want to avoid doing a factory re-set as it will go back to windows 8.1
any advice

I have a HP pavilion 15-r005TX with Railink RT3290 802.11bgn wifi adapter as shown in device manager. I have issues with wifi connectivity. Internet drops down or disconnects when laptop is taken away from router. It also doesnt connect when placed far from the router. It works fine when placed next to the router. I have checked all the methods to resolve the internet connectivity issue in the forums and none worked. I sense some issue with the wifi card hardware. is that right?? Please help me out

hp 27-n170qe with Windows 10 how to connect bluetooth
I am trying to connect to my Bluetooth Audio receiver and cannot find any Bluetooth settings anywhere in Windows 10. When I do what the HP and Windows help and forums suggest they apparently do not exist on my PC. Surely it has built in Bluetooth.
