We've been using this all in one printer at our small office for a couple of years now. We use 3, sometimes 4, different laptops (all windows 7) here and everyone of them could print wireless.
But since a week or so, only one of our laptops is able to print. But only after we have restarted the printer or after we printed a network configuration summary from the printer directly. All the other laptops are unable to print. It just says that the printer is not connected to our network. (but the printer itself says it is)
I connected the printer to a network cable but it made no difference. I used the HP doctor and it pointed out there were some issues with the printer task list. But it couldn't resolve the problem. After a while it just said the printer has some serious problems.
I searched this forum but I couldn't find a similar user problem. Can somebody help us please ? thx!
