Hi, I had no problem with my wifi until I installed Zone Alarm.
I have tried to resolve the problem myself but with no success.
I have deleted Zone Alarm but that did not help. I have since reinstalled zone alarm.
I do have a wifi signal but it says Limited and will not work.
I'm using an ethernet cable at present but wish to go over seas soon and will need wifi.
Can you help me fix this please?
