Compaq Presario CQ61- 420EW

I have trouble with network on mine Compaq Presario CQ61- 420EW.

It started some time ago. The problem is that sometimes both, the wireless along with LAN card seem to be stuck. It looks like no device like router is able to set an IP address to it. Usually it works fine after 1, 2 or 3 computer restarts.

At the moment I have 2 laptops running in a following configuration:

TP-Link Router -> Cisco switch -> Compaq CQ61 laptop

TP-Link Router -> Cisco switch -> another laptop that is working just fine.

Switch ports are fine, checked both with working computer. Also I've been experiencing this problem for quite some time and I have checked a lot of different devices and the problem is there for every device. You see I'm working for an ISP and i need this to be fully operational. I have tried to reinstall LAN/WLAN drivers, but as I said before, if LAN doesn't work, WLAN doesn't work at the same time as well. Lan card is saying "identyfying..." all the time and won't stop. Restarting the card doesn't do any good.

IP adress/subnet/gateway/dns are supposed to be given by the router.
