I have been using my HP ENVY110 e-ALL-IN-ONE for approximately one year with no trouble at all. I use it with my Mac Laptop OS X Version 10.6.8 and a Verizon Wireless Jetpack 890L. About 2 weeks ago whenever I wanted to print, I started getting the message: “Network host ‘HP8D1980.local’ is busy; will retry in 30 seconds.” Sometimes the message is changed to 15 seconds.
I have uninstalled then reinstalled the software to no avail. I took my laptop to the Apple store and they tested everything and said the problem must be in the printer.
The printer will copy and print just not from my computer. Please help.
