Hi,
I am trying to connect my HP G62 Notebook PC to a wireless network and it keeps telling me it is unable to conncet.
When I "troubleshoot problems", it tells me to unplug the router, wait 10 secs and turn the router back on, then "check to see if the problem is fixed".
When I do this I am told that "Windows cannot resolve your wireless connectivity issue" or "there is a problem with the wireless router".
The problem is there are other devices connceted to the same wireless netwrok perfectley fine, we have even added and removed additonal devices to see if there is some sort of device limit preventing adding the notebook but this does not seem to be the case, it is only the Notebook that appears to not want to connect.
I have tried setting up the connection manually but I am met with the same problems.
